If you decide to return your purchase made online or over the telephone for any reason at all; By Elsa will refund the purchase within 30 days from the original purchase date. Shipping costs will be deducted from amount of refund. The contents of the package must be in their original condition and secure within the box.
By Elsa is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. All returns must be accompanied by a copy the original sales receipt.

By Elsa will process your return upon receipt of the package. By Elsa must confirm that the returned jewelry has not been damaged, or suffered excessive wear and tear during the 30-day period.
All exchanges must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. Any item may be exchanged within 30 days. Shipping costs will be deducted form the amount of the exchange.
By Elsa guarantee is simple and straightforward. If something is wrong due to faulty workmanship, we take care of it. It’s a fair way of doing business. That being said, precious metals erode and stones can become damaged over time. When normal wear occurs, repairs can be done in house by our expert staff.
